Botulinum toxin type A, widely known as Botox or BIENOX (a popular Korean Botox brand), is highly effective in temporarily reducing moderate to severe wrinkles in adults. When injected into specific muscles, BIENOX/Botox blocks the release of acetylcholine, causing muscle relaxation and leading to a smoother facial appearance.

Product Details:

  • Packaging: 100 IU
  • Indications: BIENOX is indicated for the temporary improvement of moderate to severe glabellar lines (frown lines between the eyebrows) in adults aged 19 to 65. It is also used to reduce muscle activity for both medical and aesthetic purposes.
  • Storage: Store unopened BIENOX in the refrigerator (2 ~ 8 °C). Once dissolved, it can be refrigerated (2 ~ 8 °C) for up to 24 hours.
  • Contraindications: Avoid use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with bleeding disorders, neuromuscular diseases, or active infections/inflammation at the injection site.

Precautions After Treatment:

  • Refrain from lying down for at least 4 hours post-procedure.
  • Avoid massaging or applying heat to BIENOX/Botox-treated areas.
  • Abstain from activities that increase blood pressure (e.g., alcohol consumption, hot baths) for the first 4 hours.
  • Be cautious when applying makeup around BIENOX/Botox injection sites for the first 4 hours.
  • Avoid vigorous exercise for the first 2 hours following BIENOX/Botox treatment.
