To lessen the damage done to hypodermal tissues, a new generation of cannulas has been developed. This ultra-thin needle was created via the combination of handicraft and technology to reduce patient pain during needling and to reduce bleeding. A needle with an ultra-thin wall successfully reduces pain and bleeding during needling by lowering friction resistances through a unique technique called micron sharpening.
